If he doesn't like you, get out. He will screw you...even if you don't deserve to be screwed!

I worked for the Dean and he didn't like that because he was booted as Dean a few years before then. Basically, he was a bitter old man when he found out I worked for the Dean!

She is the best teacher that I have ever had!

Aoki-sensei is honestly the best teacher that I have ever had in my entire academic experience. She is tough, but kind and runs a challenging, demanding class. You leave her classroom feeling good about yourself, and nothing that you've accomplished something. She holds an unbelievable amount of office hours as well.

Good Choice

Rick Snodgrass is a good teacher. His lectures are well organized, and he has a fun time teaching. Always came to class with a smile. His homework is covers the material well and his door is always open if you're having trouble. His tests are also fair. Good choice for a professor.

Terrible!!

This guy knows alot about networking, if fact he always talks about his personal buissness. He should ave stayed in the private sector. For starters, he reads his notes directly off the overhead. He thinks your an idiot if you don't quickly understand the material. He insulted students sometimes for asking questions he thought were beneth him. His tests are VERY hard. He doesn't give students any hints about what will be on the tests. "You should know what I've emphasized in class" is a direct quote. Also, he leaves the projects totally up totally up to the TA's. He has NO knoweldge of what they are, and doesn't want to. FOrget about asking him questions on them, he won't know. Also, projects and course material have no relation, so you're forced to puzzle out strange pre-written code to figure out te programs. I could go on, but I'll stop with, do NOT take this professor if you can help it.

He needs a more enthusiastic approach to class.

The lectures are extremely boring! The readings lack any interest and the way the class is taught needs a lot more work! The professor needs to make more of an understanding of what he's trying to teach!

An easy A

Not the best teacher I've had, not the worst. But here is the best thing about her. Her class is easy. I've never had an easier class. As long as you pay attention in class, you're in for an easy A.
