From his classes, I found a new interest and decided to take the biology-related path. Not everybody thought he was so cool a teacher. I had heard a few stories about him being arrogant and making unprofessional comments one-on-one to students. I ignored these stories and even stood up for him. Unfortunately when I had asked him for a letter of recommendation, he said that I was a "satisfactory student." This istatemnet was made even though I received a B+ and a B. When I asked him to erase that mediocre description he got all bent out of shape and said that I wasn't an A student and thought I didn't deserve a letter of recommendation.
