While I am not an accounting major...Management. I'd recommend him for any student who needs to learn the basics.

He brings the subject matter down to a point where you can understand it. As for being available, he is one of the MOST flexible teachers I've had at Fresno State.

Chinese Cha Style Political Talks

Professor Cha is a pro speaker. At the begining of class he will write on the chalkboard an outline of the points he will cover in an hour. ALthough he is generally receptive to questions/ discussion he will ususally finish the points he aims to cover. His lectures are interesting and it's a good thing because he reinforces attendance with a point system. Cha professes with enthusiasum, sticks to business at hand. His best quality is his tendency to become so enraptured with his subject content that he is able to ignore the giggles of students as he spews words with r's that sound like l's and sometimes r's that don't sound at all, as in the word "fork". His accent rocks! However, beware of Professor Cha's pro ego. If you leave class early without prior notification, you will incur his wrath. He will retaliate if offended in this way, by embarrassing you in front of the class. If you prefer, don't attend class at all. There are two tests in the whole semester, of which 90% of your grade relies upon. The rest is participation/ showing up points. If you opt for the drop out alternative, remember you must, must read and get notes from a classmate. The final is a mutiple choice test as is the midterm, only longer, 8 pages, 200 questions longer...so study!

Baker, ACCT 4A

Baker is very thorough in what he does. He is prompt in returning emails and even gives his business phone number (not his on campus phone). His tests weren't too hard, and for two of the three exams, you could use a page of notes (front and back). He is a CPA, so he really knows his stuff.

Great Teacher-Easy

Both tests are extremely easy.
