He never could stay on topic i remember one day we spent half the class talking about cars. Keep in mind we had an exam the following day. Dr. Vance seems to be a nice guy and is very willing to help, but these good points are crushed by the time the first quiz is graded. He gives little to no partial credit and doesn't have any significant curve. My class started with approximately 30 students, and ended with only 14. Of those 14, I have talked with no one who expected better than a C, and most were expecting a D. I felt guilty for not doing well on her tests. Difficult to learn in that kind of environment. Dr. Coleman is without a doubt the best teacher I've had in my four years of college. However, He earned an "F" from me because of his handling of exams. They were unreasonably subjective, and it was fairly obvious he graded according to his current mood. His tests were "short answer," yet somehow these short answers could take up more than two pages front and back! I have already taken HST102 with Dr. Lockhart, and I got an "A" in that. Here, I'll be lucky to get a "C".
