True, he tends to do better in smaller sized classrooms. However, that is because Dr. Troup tends to be personable. His class is intended for those who wish to make the most of their education and NOT for those who are taking his course as a requirement. The caution that I can give is that his homework assignments can be tedious depending on the class. Again, this is strictly for the benefit of the academic advancement of the students. With that said, choose him if you want to learn. Choose someone else if you just want to get the credit.
