I am more aware of my body and am much more active in my daily life. His lectures are to the point, informative and thought provoking. His ability to relate by his own upbringing is a big plus. Able to tell stories about his boy-hood friends such as Tunes, Shanker, Livie, Pinky and Chuckles made me realize that I too can lead a more healthy and vigorus life! If these out of shape guys can do it any one can do it! I strongly recommend this class to any underclassmen.
