I could have taken this course independently on the internet, without a professor. When I had a problem, I had to find another student to ask because she didn't know the answer. She also used programs (like Swish) that are only available in one lab. And not everyone knows the same things - some kids aren't experts and may need extra help. That help wasn't available outside of class and was barely available in class. A music teacher is not right to teach a web class. She is probably a good music teacher, but she should steer clear of the internet.

I wouldn't take it again

This was Dollinger's first semester teaching, or as we like to call him, "DingleLinger". At first it was hard to get past the Romanian accent, but it was harder to understand what he meant rather than what he said. His grading is great, he didn't seem to give anyone below a C-, although that may change because this was his first semester teaching in America. DingleLinger assumed that we knew more than we really did, and although I don't doubt that he knows the material well, he just can't explain it very well to us. Plus, we'd get assignments and he would never give us the answers to them. So I went the whole semester making the same mistakes over and over. Plus his grading procedures aren't clear.

Class is OK I guess

This was a good class to add to my credit load due to the fact it was pretty easy. However, I feel like I've wasted tuition on this class. For one, she didn't really lecture at all. I can remember one lecture--on copyright, and it was a lecture that I've already heard before in the one other class she teaches. She just makes us read and do silly assignments. I didn't learn a thing. She's teaching things about web browsers to college kids when we already know what they are and what they can do. I think it was somewhat useless, and would have like to have gotten more out of the class.

Worst professor I ever encountered.

By far the worst professor that I ever had.
