The course was a huge disappointment and teacher clearly lacked academic depth and intellectual ability to handle master level courses. He is perhaps more suited for short weekend courses relating to conflict management, ADR, negotiation skills etc. but he was not up to standard for a master level course. His assessment criterion was vague and he kept changing it throughout the course. At the end, there was no exams and he gave grades based on assignments submitted throughout the course. Being a busy lawyer, he was not able to provide meaningful and timely feedback to assignments and was not available for help outside the class.
