Would be business leaders are slyly led down a twisted path of logic whereby shareholders, ie the owners, of the business are secondary in consideration. Of prime consideration is whatever the management they've hired decides is "right" for a nebulous group called "the community". The class offers some entertainment value for someone well versed in economic theory but is incredibly sad at the same time that such material is presented in an American business school.
