Dr. Schafer is very good at explaining the material in a way that most could understand. I actually took this class two years ago, which was the last time he taught it, but I noticed that he will be teaching again in the fall of 2000. In the semester that I took it, our class averaged higher on the group exams than the other sections. His personality comes off as a bit arrogant, especially in the beginnning of the semester, but he gets nicer. Overall he is a great teacher.

An excellent math teacher

Dr. Sundar is a very good teacher. Although English is his second language, he speaks it more properly and has a greater vocabulary than most Americans. He knows what he is teaching, and is concerned that everyone is getting it. He also has a clever sense of humor.

Great Teacher

He is a fantastic teacher. He has a very dry, clever wit that forces you to pay attention. It was one of the few courses that I actually looked forward to attending. His exams are somewhat tricky, but very fair and always relevant to the material covered.

Great Teacher

Roche helps to make a geology lecture class very interesting. He brings samples and pictures to class to give a clear picture of what he is trying to teach. Roche is always open to answering questions from the students without making you feel stupid.

The Best Foriegn Language Teacher on Campus

This class is the most awesome foriegn language class to take. Mr. Bachar takes things slow and makes sure that everyone is comfortable with new material before moving on. I highly recomend his classes to everyone
