Darla Farrell

I've completed 12 UOP Online courses so far, and Darla is by far the best instructor I had. Even though SOC101 was a basic course, she made it an excellent thinking and learning experience. She was demanding but reasonable. Feedback was always prompt and constructive. I hope to run into her again in the future, although I understand she mainly teaches 300's and 400's courses in the management concentration.

Darla was very open, clear, and structured with what she expected from her students. The course was educational & enjoyable with her outgoing personality. Critical thinking and reading is a must with the assignments given. Darla interacted with the students which kept the classroom flowing steadily day-to-day. Darla will keep you on your toes throughout the course. I left this course with a proud "A" and ready for a break!

She is very kowlegeable about the subject matter and the software applications used online. Saved me a lot of time by teaching shortcuts and problems solving glitches, and taught me a lot also. Great final, it was a real time labor negotiation....Online!

Darla's life expierence as well as her knowledge of the material she presented made this class challenging. She is loyal and dedicated to the teaching field. She is an added value to UOPHX.
