Gerald did a pretty good job facilitating an intro course. He understood this particular course was not terribly important, but made the process fun for everyone in class. Feedback was sufficient.

Enjoyed the class and interaction with others in class. Most questions were answered before the teacher got back to us. Lecture and assignments were always posted on time. Could have been more interaction and quicker response, but better than most classes that I have taken.

Too much confusion in this class. Gerald based his entire lecture on a previous version of this class. Although the final exam was an open-book exam, it was from a previous version of the class also and many of the questions were never covered in this class. The instructor provided late feedback and interacted very little with the class. The course is an interesting course, but I would suggest another instructor who is more up to date on the course content.
