After a long and successful career as a businesswoman, she decided to embark on a career in teaching. WOW! How could the students at College of Marin be the lucky ones to have such a gem. Warning: her lectures are fast and she assigns homework at a fast pace, but she will answer questions during class and outside of class and she could read people if they are falling behind. Plus, she grades on a curve. Always be prepared for her lectures and plan ahead for homework. She demands so much because she is strongly aware of the reality of how much material needs to be covered in accounting. She may be demanding and somewhat difficult, but when I was in her class, I knew that I was eating my vegetables. Despite her weak voice, she teaches with a smile on her face and she is very intellegent through education and experience. She is also serious, but she is absolutely worth all of that. I finished the courses with a solid knowledge of accounting, big picture and detail.
