Not a very good experience
Professor Hill, although slightly better in teaching this class then ENGIN191B, taught us like we were dumb students. Sometimes he would label circuit outputs "fuzzy squirrel", which I personally found degrading. Often he proceeded too slowly, and at times made mistakes. His truth tables, and the truth tables from the text book did not always match.

Doesn't know how to program himself, cannot teach it to others
