Prof Nichols (sp?) has alot of experience in the legal environment. Unfortunately, that seems to be the extent of his special powers. His lectures read straight outta the book, dot to dot, with a brief explanation of the concept consisting of a story about how he once had a legal opponent whos ass was kicked by his superior legal skills, which gets old after the first time.
In addition to the poor lectures, the tests are a sagging mess. The test questions are generated by a computer program that comes with the book. The questions are so vague that they are probably written by some grad students in a sleazy university somewhere. Most Profes. would opt to create the test material themselves, or at least review the exams for cohesiveness. It is unfortunate because the focus of the class was non-existent and impetus to learn became altogether absent as the semester dragged on.
The lesson learned here is to avoid wanna be teachers like Nichols, unlesss you have to take his class as part of your Business Core. Oh, and there IS a version of this class in Fayetteville if you can swing a semes up there.
