I had this teacher for Engineering Economics this winter and I learned a lot. If you do the homework problems and do good on the quizes you dont have to take his final which is a good thing cause his final is hard.

gives course evals before the "problem chapter" so no one can bad mouth him. course project weighted too heavily. only thing i like about this guy is that he doesn't teach straight out of the book.
