Elise Fullmer

I started this class thinking that i just needed to get through it. I am a dude and she is a white old middle girl...if you get my meaning....at least that was my first thought. I always had to think hard in this class and it is the first time someone made me do that. Kinda had a crush on her but she isn't in to the guy thing. Changed me!

This is the best and most life changing class I have ever taken. If you have a chance to take this course from her then do it. Your life will never be the same after this experience

This class should be a must for every student. I went into this class with some personal stuff related to people dying and got much more than I had thought I would

Great Teacher and Philosopher. We all really loved her style. I am not sure what the previous reviewer ment about the tests and she uses these as a learning tool that most of us find really helpful.

Tough, intellegent and a really great professor. I have learned lots about life and the profession of social work from her. I wish more professors were as true to their beliefs as she is. She is classic and innovative. From her you will get the big picture about life and she is the first to admit that she is not big on trying to BE impressive...(but she just is). If you want someone who is honest and knows what she is talking about then go here. If you don't want to learn anything and just want an easy class then don't bother to go to her.

Dr, Fullmer is highly intelligent, but has no mercy when it comes to overloading her class with homework and has a test every week in HBSE. She is merciless! We resent the fact that she gives a weekly test prior to the lecture. She also gives a lot of written assignments, so there is never any down time. Sucks. Very nice lady, but way too much meaningless work, and the tests are an absolute time waster at graduate level.
