what a sweetie of a teacher!!

Miss B. as she likes to refer to herself is one of the NICEST professors!! Anatomy is a tough subject but she makes it fun. It took me two semesters to get into her class but SHE was worth the wait. I don't know anything about Dr. Guthrie but Miss B. ROCKS!! She knows her stuff and is willing to help if you have questions. And she reviews before a test so you know what to study without trick questions. So if you want to take anatomy Miss B. is the one to choose!!

Excellent Teacher!

Bogatsky is a wonderful teacher! She is one of those rare people who have a passion and knack for teaching. She is very informed about the subject she teaches and makes it interesting. Excellent personality and she mixes her passion for anatomy with humor to teach her classes. There's no hw except STUDYing for the tests. Lectures aren't boring and labs aren't long and boring either. Grades are based half on lab practicals and the other half on exams. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to take anatomy.

THE GREATEST EVER!!!!

Mrs. Bogatsky was THE BEST professor I've ever had at CCSF or anywhere else. Lectures were always interesting and NEVER boring. Labs were always "hands on" (cadavers included)! Tests were very fair. If you listened and took notes you'd know the material on quizzes and tests. She is very personable and her door is always open to her students.

Her humor, awesome personality and kind and caring nature is definitely a dramatic change for the better from the stereotypical elder science professor one usually encounters in all levels of education.

Let us hope that her love of teaching stays with her in the years to come and that she doesn't fall into the dreaded "retiree-in-waiting" category anytime soon...or ever!!!

TWO THUMBS UP!!!!!

Take good note during the lecture. If you can't write fast enough, then you might need a recorder. Her test all are based on the lecture and she made all the tests easy to memorize. EXCELLENT professor & humor too. She is a sweetheart & she is the best professor on third floor. Anatomy? definetely Bogatsky.

One of the best around

She is a terrific teacher who cares about her students. She is very approachable with any problems. In fact, she will let people change their exam date if she is told in advance. Her lectures and labs are clear and straight to the point. If you attend her classes, take good notes, you will never have to open the book unless you want to, of course. Her tests are all multiple choice with lots of extra credit points and no trick questions. She tends to give out test questions and answers during lecture. Her finals are not comprehensive.

she is the best!!

Dr. Bogatsky is a great teacher!! She really knows how to make all her favorite muscles, nerves and bones interesting. Her lectures are so much fun! And also Lab. There are 5 Exams, 3 Lab Practicals, 2 Dissections and a Final. No homework. She always tells you what to expect in the Exams. So if you study that, you'll get a good grade.
