Cinthia Chacon

She really made learning Spanish easier to learn. She is a high school teacher so she knows how to make learning interactive. Her way of teaching was easy to follow. Homework assignments were managable. Tests were from lectures and book, nothing tricky. Just remember the pop quizzes, review what you learned everyday.

Profe Chacon was a really great teacher. She is more concerned about helping you to understand the language than about making you do drill after drill. I feel like when I learn something in her class I understand it and the lesson sticks. She assigns homework but isn't a stickler for grading it. She'll know whether or not you did your homework based on your test scores and your class participation. She creates a very supportive atmosphere and doesn't intimidate people into speaking if she knows that they don't feel comfortable, but she makes sure that everyone gets practice speaking.
