Thomas Gruenig

Mr Gruenig is a fair grader, funny and interesting teacher. He gives out quizzes after class which is only five questions per quiz and there is no midterm for this class. You can use your notes during final exam. So basically this class only has one exam and quizzes after class. i recommend Mr Gruenig for students who needs to take Real Estate classes. Mr Gruenig is really nice because he'll excuse you if you miss class or come in late. He explains the note clearly and add some examples to it for students to understand. I give Mr gruenig an "A+" because he is great!!!!!!
