Willie Hector

Mr. Hector is a nice guy, but really contributes little to the class (bodybuilding). he gave us a short lecture on the first day, and for the rest of the semester he just hung around, answering questions if we had them, but mostly just hanging around.

perhaps this is just the nature of the class. i guess it's really just about us using the machines week after week, but i sometimes wish that he had provided more instruction.

still, he is a nice guy.
