no no no.. no way..
pick someone else now.. or cry later.
a 50 minute math class with him means no solving of problems completely he jumps so many steps at times. Never assigns or collects homework. In general he doesn't care if u understand the topic being discussed or not and just moves on and you are left behind with no way of catching up unless you take tuitions elsewhere.
My friend and I enrolled in math 110b togethar but due to his schedule he took a different teacher, who allowed open book and open note exams, he went on to the next level i have to take math 110b again.
I am sure that i was close to a C and he didn't even give grace. His worst part is that: if u talk in the class to another student, even if you want to borrow a pencil he will kick you out and threaten to DROP YOU, after you paid all that money. The funny part is that he allows eating snacks and drinking soda in the class. Basically he scares all the students into becoming dumb silent statues during the class.
last thing, in his tests the space that he allocates for the answer is Tiny. and he doesn't accept scratch paper. I was forced to write all my tests and exams in pencil. just in case i make a mistake. not a very understanding professor is he ?? well the rest u can decide, to be or not to be is the question.
NOT TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your not so good with math, dont take this class. He lectures way to fast and he does not care if you dont understand the material. and if u have a habit of talking to ur neighbors, he ll kick you out of class or even drop u. he checks homework randomly so make sure u do ur homework everyday. his test are fairly easy if u keep up with the homework and understand it...

Mr. Srouji, whose name I couldn't even pronouce, went way too fast for me. And for others in my class. He didn't really go over anything and explain or ask if we understood the problem. He focus was to get on to the next section. He just kept going on and on, whether or not we understood anything. It was a routine. Everyday, he wrote examples of problems and we copied, then we were assigned questions for homework (which he never collected)...the next day we would tell him the questions we had trouble with, and he'd just write the answers on the board. The next day it would start all over again. He never really thoroughly explained anything, let alone asked if we understood it. Basically we had to teach ourselves the work. His attitude was bland. He seemed to have no sensitivity. He kicked a couple of students out of the classroom. They weren't even doing anything????!!!! I also didn't like the way he crammed 5 chapters into one test.
