Consider this. We are in college. We are supposed to be challenged. We are supposed to be encouraged to think. We are not to be hindered. We are supposed to be enlightened. If you want just another dumb no-work-needed course, don't take this course. If you are up for a challenge, want to LEARN how to LEARN, and get taught some of the most important things there are to know about this world, take Dr. Armstrong. If you want to work your butt off, and learn why it's worth it, take Dr. Armstrong. If you want to know the REAL world, take Dr. Armstrong. He definately isn't as bad as people would have you think. He isn't strict. He isn't an ass. Either you come to this class and show effort, or you shouldn't come to this class. That is the truth. I didn't know what to expect when I first walked in. The last time I walked out, I wished it wasn't the last time. Absolutely one of my fav's.. But don't you think for one second he'll let you slack off. Better have free time to read, because reading you'll do. And when you are done you will feel like a better person, if for no other reason than because you feel like you have a better understanding of the world around you.
