Total lack of time management. Knowingly tested class on material that was not sufficiently covered. Was way too rigid when grading test. Alluded to the identities of students, during lectures, who she had accused (without proof) of cheating. Did not make any attempt to improve methods of teaching after more than half her students dropped or failed the class mid semester.
