Great Teacher. Good animations. One on one labs. I really liked the choice of textbook. It was easy to read and had great illustrations.

I have taken both intro and advanced vb from mr Cellilo. I found the mterial, the coursework, homework and the class in general to be the best experience(s) yet in online education. The material, while challenging, was supremely rewarding and very accessable. The instructor was always forthcoming with comments, both positve or (constructively) negative. Take any class from this teacher and you will benefit from it. Be sure to get a copy of the texts marked as optional, they will really help you to get the most from the class.

Dr. Cellilo's online CIS 12C Visual Basic class is an excellent class for people who are taking on-line classes for the first time.
One problem: the text he used was really, really good at instructing readers how to write the assigned programs. So I didn't read Dr. Cellilo's lectures too closely because of the text, not because his lectures weren't very good. In fact, the lecture are good and illustrative.
Dr. Cellilo is genuinely concerned about students. He is happy to meet with students and discuss any concerns they have. He is also a really good resource about career paths and employment trends in the Silicon Valley computer industry.
Excellent class, not terribly difficult because the instruction was good. I'd take it again in a second.
