Kurt Gravenhorst

Kurt is the best teacher at Foothill, bar none. His classes are always lively and funny; he clearly prepares for each lecture thoroughly and enjoys giving a dramatic presentation. Illustrations from the lectures and text are carefully selected to emphasize the point being made. He is very helpful and supportive in office hours, but will not do the work for you. You have to study hard to get a great grade, but he is quick with praise and encouragement. My favorite, and MANY agree; he's #1!!
