Great Prof
Dr. Penner is hard but a very good teacher. You will learn so much in his class. His teaching style is great, it really challenges you to think.
He has his doctrate from the Univ. of Edinborough in Scotland -- pretty impressive.
I highly reccomend any class he teaches.
