Florine Greenberg

There is one thing that sticks out in my mind about Dr. Greenberg, lack of regular lecture attendance. For the Fall Y2K semester, she missed 20% of the scheduled lectures. No notification was given to us until we arrived at the lecture room to find a note on the board saying, "Dr. Greenberg is out today. (Date)" Since NOVA is a commuter campus, this wastes a _lot_ of unneeded gas. Disregarding this problem, she is a very friendly and knowledgeable prof. Our assigned term projects were as poster (on any approved psychological topic), and a community service project. There were four tests given during the semester, the highest two per student being used to determine the overall test grade. You can even skip one or two of the scheduled tests (though it's not recommended unless you already have two A's that can't be inproved upon.)
