The work envolved in the class was very straight forward. He tought me how to formulate an outline that basically wrote the paper for me. He helped me put my thoughts on paper and gave me help on my research paper. Although, the class may not have responded right away to his questions, I enjoyed his lectures greatly.

Dr. Richard Thompson is the best prof I have taken a class with. He knows the curriculum thoroughly, and he explains it in an easy to understand manner. Computers are used, essays are often turned in and returned on disk. Dr. Thompson uses some unorthodox teaching methods, including group essays. Some of his tests are all multiple choice. Most of the required essays are on assigned topics, and this prof gives each student an outline of the essay. The final essay we did was a research paper on anything we could think of. Two opposable thumbs up!
