I wasn't sure what to expect of this class - the material wasn't all that interesting but Cay made the class wonderful. She has a great sense of humor - was willing to interact with students, answered questions in a prompt manner and was very fair in grading. I really wish more facilitators cared as much about their students as Cay did. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this facilitator.
