Dr. Oberle is a fantastic and often misunderstood professor. His concepts are perhaps beyond what should be discussed at the intro level but are still very valuable to the beginner student. He is a fair grader but will make you work very hard. Most business students try to avoid him but those who stay in his class rarely fall below a B.

Bottom line: if you want an easy class (is there such a thing in economics?) skip Dr. Oberle. If you want to work for a good grade and want to actually learn something, put some time into his class.
