Fran Thew

Excellent professor. She was available during class to help with our projects. During off hours we were able to contact her via e-mail or telephone. She gave prompt and courteous responses. All tests and projects were graded on the day they were turned in and returned so that you knew where you were at all times in her class. She gave a great overview of the Microsoft Office 2000 products and I truly felt that I understood them and can competently use them after completing her course.
