Best professor at UAB.
I've had Dr. Pence for several classes, and he is probably one of the best professors at UAB. If you have an opportunity to take something from him, DO SO IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT QUESTION. Especially if you can get in his "Philosophy of Religion" class--you'll learn more than you ever thought possible...
