Dr. Bill Self

Mass Media law is a difficult course to take especially if you are not in law school. Dr. Self gives a great overview for students that do not know anything about law. The cases and information studied are great for people majoring in communications. This course teaches students what can and can not be publised in society. It is easy, but you have to study. He gives great opportunities to do extra credit. He has a great sense of humor and everyone usually enjoys his classes.

Dr. Self is a great prof. He gives lots of opportunities for extra credit. The tests are not that hard, usally multiple choice with a few short answers. There are a few homework assignments but nothing to worry about. He has a pretty good sense of humor, better than most at UAB. It is a pretty fun class to take. One of the best profs I have had so far, and I have been here a while!!!
