M. Huerta

If you considering Dr. Huerta for Physics, get ready for one of the most interesting and fulfilling classes of your academic career. No, this is not an easy class. Dr. Huerta's tests were no joke. He gets a B+ for tests b/c they were really hard but very fair (never any surprise material). For example: One of the 6 questions on the test (you had to choose 4) was "Derive the wave equation." I hadn't studied that particular question for the test but to his credit he derived it 3 different times in class, so no one can say his tests are unfair. Dr. Huerta makes the material interesting and "teaches" you physics, instead of copying examples from the book. I was not satisfied with my B, but thoroughly enjoyed the class. I would recommend Dr. Huerta to anyone.
