Ken provided thought-provoking questions and remained fully engaged to answer each response with a deeper question. Feedback was complete and VERY timely. Assignments were heavy but not overwhelming. It was a fantastic experience to have an instructor who seemed to remain with the class as we progressed through the weeks. His responses were always within a day, and sometimes almost instantaneous.
