Michael Harada

I thought Harada was a really good professor because he has a pretty cool personality. He's smart, artistically talented, and funny. As long as you try your best, he'll give you a good grade. However, he knows if you're not trying your best and so will give you a grade that is appropriate. You also don't have to be a good artist to take his class, he understands that not everybody can be Michelangelo.

I like art teachers that can actually do art. Harada teaches drawing and Harada can draw... good. He grades you based on your level, he doesn't compare you to your classmates. His lectures are usually short and to the point, his presentations very well put together. He does give homework almost everyday, but it's drawing... how hard can it be?!?! I recommend him to students who have never doodled in their life, and also to students who have superior drawing talents. You can ALWAYS learn more.
