Intense review of PERL, CGI, MySQL and DBI. This class prepares anyone for real-world IT. Very quick pace, had to pay-attention, but I actually learned something useful. OpenSource Discussions very fun. Anti-Microsoft Discussions most enjoyable.

Alright for his class, you have to be alert if you are new to the operating systems. He goes very fast. He teaches PERL for 3 weeks touching 4 chapters, JCL for 1 class meeting (the whole book), UNIX barely introduces it, LINUX this is where the whole concentration of the course is. In JCL, I did not understand a thing, he went super fast. Demonstrates the commands by using COW. And BEWARE do not talk about Microsoft in front of him or the whole lecture will concentrate on how he hates microsoft. He was the only choice we had, otherwise i would have taken someone else.
