I know who wrote this review and this "angry old man" will certainly give the appropriate grade to this "angry old bitter student" with the fowl mouth. You're toast mister!

Dr. Cannon is by far the best professor I have had in a long time. If you ever wanted to see what college-level teaching SHOULD be, take a class with Dr. Cannon.
Dr. Cannon's grading system is very straightforward. 50% midterm, 50% final. Her exams are divided into 2 sections. You can choose 10 term from a list of 20 to write on. You write 8-10 sentences on each term, defining, discussing, and relating the term to the rest of the course. The next part of the exam involves choosing two essay questions from a list of four or five.
Sounds tough? Actually, Dr. Cannon's test are NEVER a suprise. During her amazing lectures, she tells you which term will probably be on the test. She literaly says "This term is so important, I wouldn't be suprised to see it on our upcoming exam."
The reason I love Dr. Cannon's classes is that you actually LEARN. There's no falling asleep or skipping her lectures. She is so intense, intelligent, and engaging that she makes you WANT to learn. Futhermore, she is highly considerate about students and what they may be going through, and is, by far, one of the best teachers I have ever had.
