Dr. Wang is one of the foremost experts in the field of Political Science (according to him). He reminds the class of this fact before he begans each lecture. During the first 15 minutes he also reminds us to be on time and to buy the book. It is now late October and we have only gotten to the beginning of Chapter 4.
