Marvin Rosen

Dr. Rosen is quite the character. He is very animated when he speaks. He tends to be a little too left for my tastes, but he does not expect his students to "convert". I was confused in the beginning of the class on homework. He semi-assigned an encyclopedia assignment, but the TA cleared up my confusion and I was able to get the work done. His writing is HORRIBLE, but when the TA writes on the board, you can read the information. He is unbelievably accessible to the students. Both he and his TA were available whenever I needed them - be it office visitations or email discussions. Overall I learned a lot from him.
