useless lectures
He's easy to listen to, but his lectures are too basic. He spent a whole lecture about names of state changes, but at least by the end everyone knew what melting is. The lectures aren't really worth going to because he usually covers what you had to know for last week's lab and homework. Nothing above and beyond the book/homeworks.
The homeworks are mostly the chapter review questions, but they're online (WebCT). WebCT behaves like it was a project assignment for some poor CS student. It is VERY strict about it's stupid syntax rules.
