A drunken ass who was never a police officer.
This teacher was never a cop, and he thought he knew everything about law enforcement. All his knowledge was from books from 1970, and war stories from a bar when he was drunk. He also went to class drunk several times from drinking at lunch. He never taught what was on the TESTS!!!
