I took her trigonometry class when I did not have any direction for school. If she knows you are not on track, regardless of whether you want to be, she would be willing to help with the attitude of seeing you as a person, not with concern of making her look bad at her job, nor as your mother. She sees everyone as potential. She is clear with her lectures despite her weak voice. If you ask her a question, she will answer without irritation, noe at all. The only time she wouldn't answer a question in a lecture is when she'd schedule time after class in her office one on one. Later, I took calculus with her and she delivered the same result. To my knowledge, she has no boiling point with students asking for help. She is the most dedicated professor that I ever had. I still know the trigonometry and some of the claculus as if I had never left the classroom.
